rtl paragraph direction missing

Hi community, 

please help, for some reason I don't have the option in paragraphs to change to rtl direction. 

what am I missing?

i have the new 27.6.1 version and it missing the LTR or RTL control in the paragraph menu. i allredy set the indic preferene to on
