Ruler on/off key short-cut doesn't work with my latest version of Illustrator.

Hello @liquidthinking70,

 

Sorry to hear about this experience. As suggested by Monika, it would help if you could share a few more details, like the exact version of the OS and Illustrator installed on your computer and if you get an error message after pressing the keys.

 

Also, try rebooting your computer in Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and then relaunching Illustrator to check if it helps.
