Saturation changes with mouse movement

Hi,

I got a new machine – a Mac Studio M3 Ultra.
When I move the cursor (over the artboard or outside of it), the colors change — they become either more saturated or less saturated. I can’t find any logic behind what causes the shift.

I thought it might be related to the low refresh rate of the monitor (Apple Studio Display 27"), but this only happens while working in Illustrator. Everything looks fine in Photoshop and After Effects.

I went to check it In CPU preview and found that the problem (in all the previews) just disappeared. So strange...

Just so you don’t feel crazy, this exact thing happened to me. I had the file open in Illustrator yesterday and it did not have the saturation changing behavior. Closed the laptop, opened it this morning, and then it did. Every mouse move changed the saturation randomly. Check out the screen recording.

Once I changed it to CPU preview the problem was gone. Changed it back to GPU preview and the problem did not return.

How does it look in CPU preview?

Or in Overprint preview?
