Save a Preset (Mac)

I'm looking to save a few presets in Illustrator. I found this thread which shows where the files are located on Win 10. Where are they located on Mac? Thanks.

In that dialogbox which is shown in the thread, you go on "Browse" and then the operating system will tell you.
