"Save As" bad working

When Im trying to save document with "Save as" Illustrator askes me where I whant to save it: on HD or in the Cloud. There is no option to say "Dont ask me again" and the window with message looks cropped, like this is a bug. How to fix this, people?

OS Windows 10 Pro x64
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X

Hi, thank you for your reply and for giving us more information. Have you tried uninstalling Adobe Illustrator using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool?

Hi, have you tried to reset Adobe Illustrator preferences? Have you checked if there are any updates available for your video card?

Hi, sorry, did not have access to PC. Last updates for video card been installed, always check them with GeForce Experience. I ll try to do what you mean (to reset Adobe Illustrator preferences), if it neccessary, thank you.
