Save as/export as pop up not showing correctly - unable to save or export

For a few months I've been having the same issue with illustrator, it works for a few days once I force quit it and restart my entire computer, more recently it's worked for a couple of weeks but today it's stopped working. All I can click on is save to the cloud which I can't use as we work on a server. 

 

I have the latest version of illustrator, I have 2019 macbook pro 16gb ram, 500gb space.

Maybe you should contact Customer Care so they can have a look at it.
