Save as option is not working after newest updates/ AI, PS / WIN 10

Hi folks,

Why Save as option is not working after newest uptades on Photoshop and Illustrator?

All I can see is gray window with blacked out options and no single button on it.

WIN 10, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2720QM CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.19 GHz, 6 GB RAM

I have the same issues with All my adobe, photoshop doesn't work properly always coming up with save a copy, Illustrator refuses to save you have to use export option. I can't even see my handles in photoshop anymore. when using T (transform)

My question is ADOBE why are you so useless? There are many, many issues in these programmes, why? Reset your adobe to when we had no issues like last 2018.

Illustrator colour pallets don't work, swatches are virtually impossible to use now.

Also when you open illustrator it comes up with a blank screen so does adobe indesign. You can use the option open new, it does nothing you literally have to open an old document or a template then you can use the new option then you have to close the other windows you dont actually need.
