Save Box Not on Screen

Hi,
I have an issue with Illustrator that when I go to save my work the save box is not on screen, so must be sat off screen somewhere, I've tried ALT+SPACE to move the box to no success. Any other suggestions. This is for a Windows PC, I unplugged the secondary screen also but this has not resolved the issue?

Seeting the monitor to a higher resolution does not help?

You could also try and reset the Illustrator preferences, but that will erase all your settings.

I dropped the display resolution down and then it came up on the screen oversized and I managed to drag it in position and reduce the size. Then reset my display resolution to the previous settings and it worked. Thanks!
