Save custom keyboard shortcuts and toolbars?

Can custom keyboard shortcuts and toolbars be saved to install on a new computer?

You can try and export the settings via Edit > My settings > Export. Then import them. Or transport the files from their respective locations. https://www.vektorgarten.de/illustrator-settings.html

They are just text files.
