saving/exporting files

Hi, I am an artist and working on an NFT project. Never used illustrator before so I need advice from this wonderful community.

1. I want to maintain maximum quality and lowest file size(not measurements but kbs).

2. I need backgroundless images and the assets should be present at the same point whereever I placed them on the artboard.

3. Is it possible that images I draw using vectors can be zoomed as much as we want and their pixels does not distort.

4. I want images to be in PNG or JPEG files.

thankyou.

Starting a new thread will not give you different answers than in your other thread.

This makes no sense at all and is mutually exclusive. PNG and JPEG are pixel-based formats with a fixed resolution and fixed size. No, you won't be able to zoom in without any loss of detail and more details simply means larger files. This is not even an AI thing, it's just generic computer stuff you may want to educate yourself on. Likewise, there are specific requirements for images that are supposed to have transparent backgrounds and can be placed on top of other artwork and for that in a web context your options are limited just as well plus whatever encryption method you use would have to support it or else people end up with files they can't even use. It's not just a matter of "I want to make NFTs."
