Saving Icons in Illustrator

How do I save the 32x32 and 16x16 files as 8 bit PNG and BMP files?

Here are the required specs:

256 X 256 - (32 & 24) bit BMP and PNG

48 X 48 - (32 & 24) bit BMP and PNG

32 X 32 - (24 & 😎 bit BMP and PNG

16 X 16 - (24 &8) bit BMP and PNG

I have Adobe CC, On a iMac.

It is setup as a 16px by 16px artboard in CMYK
