Saving in vector and then saving PDF

I create in AI, then save.  Next, I save in pdf for use when I send to my printer.  However, recently, the pdf save comes back with a blank page.  My AI is cloud based 2024 version.  Please, can someone give me assistance?  This glitch just started in last month/

Did you check if your artwork is on the artboard and if the layers are set to print?
