Saving Preferences

Hi! I have uinstalled my spanifh version of Illustrator to install the english version as I feel better working in this language. When uinstalling I have been asked for keeping the preferences and I have accepted but when I have installed english version all preferences where the default. Is it possible to save/export my preferences in a folder of my Mac so as to keep a backup file of it? The same has happened with my workspace and color seetings. I have been able to find a folder with the spanish copy of preferences and I have been able to solve the workspace issue copying it to the US language folder. I have also copied AIPreferences file but this hasn't work. Thanx in advance!

    Edit > My settings > Export

     

    Or you can located the files in their folders in the system and backup them.
