Scale Corners controls visible always

The scale corners controls are hidden in properties panel under the ... three dot button.

I wish it was possible to set it so its always visible. as it currently disappears

The properties panel is meant to be a sort of quick access panel to common functions of other panels, not a complete replacement.

If you need all the options of the Transform panel all the time, open Window > Transform and add it to your workspace.
