School Account Login Problem

Hi There,

I open creative cloud w "school account" (university e-mail). Before I used to open and install other apps (Ai,Psd) but now I changed my laptop and in my new macbook, I can not install all apps. I only can choose "try".  I need dowload all of them. Need help. Please see the attachment.
