Screen black and jump

When I place image on illustrator, screen become black and jump... and in photos photoshop , when I increase erasers size, screen becomes black.

First I thought I have problems in my PC.. but service says only Adobe software doing this problems. Could you please help me to find solution?

After this problem everything becomes blur. Ex. Cursor, text etc.

    How large?

    Any kind of image.. any size of image..

    If I use (file> place) , screen become black and I cannot work . 😭 

     

    Asus x415ja...

    Windows 11, Intel core i7 10th gen, ram 16 gb, rom 1 tb.

    I buy this laptop February 2023.

    Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
    - Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Visit the website of your GPU manufacturer (NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel) and download the latest drivers for your specific GPU model.

    - Press ctrl+e once and then try placing the image. Check if the issue persists.

    - Run Illustrator in Safe Mode. This will load the windows with minimal settings and can help determine if the issue is related to third-party plugins/ apps or settings.
