Screen does black randomly and there is no way around it

Question

Hi I am attaching a video of what is happening in illustrator. It happens randomly, I do not click anything in specific it just randomly starts glitching and shows black screen. If I click undo or ctrl z it does not go back to normal. The only way it goes back to normal is if I close illustrator and open it up again. Then it comes back after a bit. Please help

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. From the video, it seems like a GPU / GPU driver-related issue. Would you mind trying to perform a clean reinstall of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the graphics preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and checking if it helps?
