screenshot print outs are very blurry

I would like to print my screenshots from adobe illustrator via inkjet. it use to print out nicely. but now it so blurry. i don't need it to be high res as its not for output. 

can kindly help as for work i need to print screenshots of transactions and put them together. 

please help. is there some settings that i accidently pressed that caused this. it use to work fine. the screenshot print outs came out all okay even in different sizes.
