Script to fill the canvas including bleed

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is a script available that will fill the canvas with the rectangle tool but also include the bleed size that is set on the document?

I have some artwork that uses the repeating patterns and Illustrator has a problem when saving to PDF the repeating pattern shows small white lines so I have to unite the pattern shape together every time I save it.

Doing this I use a clipping mask to the size of the canvas + bleed so having a script (if it's possible) would save me a lot of time.
