I have already enabled the Animated Zoom function in GPU performance. I learned that the "GPU Performance is not available on Mac OS." Illustrator simply selects which document this functionality is enabled or not. How do I fix this insane error? My system and softwares is already updated.

I also have a Macbook Pro M1 and don't see an issue with the Animated Zoom (other than Apple's embarassing bug with the pinch zoom gesture).

You might want to contact Customer Care so they can look into it. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Hello @Igor24024870w099,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind confirming if Illustrator behaves this way with all files? If yes, kindly try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (macOS) to check if it helps.

If not, kindly share a public link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc. so we can check it on our end.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
