hola,

he abierto un archivo .svg en illustrator, el cliente dice que originalmente los gráficos tenian otro tamaño, es posible que al abrir en Illustrator se hayan modificado las dimensiones?

    Yes, SVG can be opened in Illustrator — and also Saved from Illustrator.

     

    To rule out that you are at different Zoom levels, can you ask your client to give you the dimensions they are expecting?
