selection , CONTRACT and spot color for UV and DTF printers with WHITE INK

Greetings.

I have been using photoshop to add spot color to anything i want , but i want to be able to do it in illustrator so the file can remain vector and not pixelized. I know how to add spot in illustrator but i cannot find how to contract it inside so that the white won't be printed outside the file.
