Selection Tool and Move Tool doesn’t work smoothly V29.0 AND V29.01

I have a problem with the Illustrator program, it does not work smoothly
There is a slowness in selecting any shape, whether by the (selection tool) or (direct selection) 

It is not limited to shapes, even when selecting texts, when I want to select any text, it takes about two seconds to be selected, and if I move the arrow before the two seconds, what I selected moves to another place !!

I've really done everything.
At first I emptied the Recycle Bin
I restarted the device
I erased the cashies files
I emptied all the contents of the device into an external hard disk
I deleted the Illustrator and reloaded it

I downloaded Adobe's cleaning tool and deleted all the programs and reloaded them

Nothing worked for me, I ended up doing a factory reset of the device !!

And the surprise is that the problem is still ongoing, what more can I do!!

I wasted a lot of time and was late in delivering the work that I have to
I'm so upset and I can't work.
