Is it legal to sell AI-generated vectors created in Illustrator on Adobe Stock? Also, can I mark them as AI-generated with a checkmark? Or not

Correct answer Monika Gause

Above all a lot A.I. generated vector art do not match the technical requirements for Stock files.

Here are the requirements concernin Firefly:

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/firefly-faq-for-adobe-stock-contributors.html#:~:text=Firefly%20generated%20assets%20from%20the,don't%20contain%20a%20watermark.

But as soon as you use Firefly in an AI file, it will have an internal mark. THere has been a thread about that just recently.

Yes, there are lots of AI generated assets on Stock, for better or worse. I believe they get marked as AI automatically based on some hidden metadata in the file.
