Sewing Pattern smaller when printed

Can anyone help me? I made a sewing pattern and measured everything correctly in Adobe Illustrator. It is scaled correctly in Adobe Illustrator, but when I print it, it comes out smaller than what I have for the original. I have preset my paper size at 7" by 10.5 for the 1/2 inch margins. I have set my printer to print as a PDF at Actual size, 100% but it still comes out smaller. What am I doing wrong?

Hello everyone. I figured it out. I needed to go to advanced on my printer and change it. It worked. My pattern is now at the correct size. No need to respond.
