SHADOWS NOT FOIUND IN LIGHTING SECTION

I was trying to add shadows to the inflated 3d object but i won't see the shadows option at all, can you please help me with this situation?

On my machine I sometimes have to reset the workspace and select the 3D and Materials panel to see the bottom of the panel using a scrollbar.
