Shape Builder doesn't let me add/subtract shapes
I have:
- Reset my preferences to default
- Created two overlapping shapes on top of an initial pie chart
- Did not use Live Paint for the shapes
- Ensured there is no stroke, and no gap, between the shapes
- Selected both shapes
- Switched (Shift-N) to the Shape Builder tool
On mouseover, nothing shades, there is no plus sign (or minus sign) when I hold 'alt'. The pointer has a box with a center point and nine outer points (each corner and the middle of each side of the box) next to it.
