I have a Problem in shape builder tool it's drow straight line not freehand 
please give me the solution

No.

For the following reasons: Some older versions do not have the Shape Builder tool or all of the options yet. Is there a reason you're not using the more recent versions of the CC?

Well, that's why it is always a good idea to mention which version of Illustrator one is using.

 

The Straight Line and Freeform options were introduced in more recent versions of Illustrator. You are using an older version and therefore you cannot choose them because they do not exist.

I wouldn't recommend to reset the Illustrator preferences.

 

Just double click the Shape Builder tool in the Tools palette to open its Options dialog and choose the Freeform option there.

    i cant drow freehand line to merge shape

    OK. Now I understand. I agree you should be able to draw a freehand line by default. Have you tried resetting the Illustrator Preferences?

     

    Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) as you start Illustrator. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Illustrator.
