Shapes turned in to guides don't show correctly

In my preferences I have set my guidelines to show as dots. Since the latest update horizontal, vertical and some diagonal lines show as dots, but any other guides, when setting a shape to a guide, shows as solid lines.

Does anyone know a solution to have them all show as dots?
