Share For Review loading issues

Has anyone had any issues updating content within Share For Review and having the loading spinner suspend?

We've tried

-restarting Illustrator

-restarting computer

-restarting Adobe CC

 

Ended up saving a new file and sharing it but lost all the comments and engagement within the share file/link with the client and hoping to mitigate that for future relations.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind checking if Illustrator continues to behave this way with other files? If yes, kindly try the following steps to check if they help:

- Close all Adobe applications
- Uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application using the tool (https://adobe.ly/4c3vUoG)
- Download and install Creative Cloud Desktop (https://adobe.ly/3Te2j4j)
- Relaunch Illustrator

Greatly appreciated for all the suggestion. It has happend at least five times with different files. Haven't uninstalled and reinstalled CC desktop but will give that a go and let you know.
