"Shift + ~" shortcut for curvature tool is not working in hungarian version of illustrator

Hi!

On hungarian keyboards, ~ character is typed by Alt Gr + 1

For curvature tool shortcut, I should press "Shift + Alt Gr + 1" because of the lack of single ~ key, but it is not working.

Please make it work or recommend the solution if there is.
