Shortcut Command+2 (and maybe others) won't work

Hey guys,

I've bought a new macbook pro recently and there is some kind of problem with shortcuts in illustrator. I've had macbook previously and shortcuts were working just fine. I'm using Slovak keyboard configuration, but even changing it to English it didn't help.

Can you help me? Working without shortcuts is terribly slow.

Did you check that there is no conflicting shortcut in the system?

Checked system preferences on my mac -> shortcuts and there is no conflict. I dunno if there is other way to find out 😕😕

I assume you don't have any other software interfering? System extensions, stuff that "enhances" the keyboard? Even antivirus can sometimes interfere.

You could try and reset the Illustrator preferences
