Hello

Is there a shortcut to make an image fit the dimensions of the artboard to scale rather than dragging it out with a mouse?

thanks for any insight

Kevin

Hello @kevinb711,

Thanks for reaching out. At this time, Illustrator does not have this functionality. Would you mind upvoting this UserVoice (https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657-illustrator-desktop-feature-requests/suggestions/36001261-keyboard-shortcut-to-fit-artboard-to-selection) and adding your comments there? Doing this will help us prioritize this feature request, and you will keep getting all the related updates.

Kindly update this thread if you need further assistance. We'd be happy to help.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Thanks Anubhav, not that critcal but thought it would be nice to have a one click process.  For example if my artboard is 1920 x 1080 and my vector image placed on the artboard is 300 x 300, I simply clcick something to upscale it to 1920 x 1080.  I guess downscalling would be good too.  I aslo realize that if the image is not vector if may not look good depending on size.

Thanks for reply
