Anyone else having this issue? I use this shortcut a lot and it's quite annoying it suddenly stopped working correctly. I checked the shotcut preference, it's still there, I added a new one, which seems to be working fine. But I honestly cba to change shortcuts in all programs for it to work again.

I use a mac, all adobe programs are up to date. I mostly use this shortcut for photoshop and illustrator.

Try to run Illustrator without any other apps/utilities running. Maybe some other app has stolen the shortcut.

The company's new phone app stole the shortcut. Removed the app, seems to be working fine again, thanks!

Did you already reboot the computer?

Yep. I've been having this issue for about a week now.

The next thing you can try is resetting the preferences. Rename the preferences folder, since that can be made undone.
