Shot keys not working Properly in Illustrator 2025

I was created short keys for the menu commands and tools in adobe illustrator 2025 but its not working. may i know the reason?

Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps? If the problem persists, kindly check if you have any third-party programs/plugins running and temporarily disable them to see if it helps.
