show 'center of artboard' gone in update 22.0.1

The "Show centre of artboard", "safe area" and "show cross hairs" were in the top panel for easy access but are now in the artboard options drop down menu - can I get them back into the top panel?

that's annoying. they're not easily accessible in the newfangled Properties panel even.
