Show Edges turned off every time a new object is drawn

In Illustratior How can i keep the "show edges" to remain on. I have to keep pressing command H everytime i draw a new object. Keeps turning off. Help

It should not turn off automatically.

If that is happening for you, then you could perhaps need a system reboot or even a preferences reset. Or both.

ALso: maybe check your keyboard.
