Sign in Error

Question

Hi,When I open Adobe Illustrator, it shows that I have to sign in. I signed in, but the app closes ramdomly after about 10 or 15 seconds. I already tried to do that so many times, and even the Creative Cloud Application didn't work, after 1 minute or longer, it shows that i logged out, but i didn't. Now I'm trying to uninstall the app and install again, hope this work. If someone knows how to fix it, please help me!Thanks,Guilherme

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Please try following instructions given on help article(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/kb/account-password-sign-help.html) & see how it goes.

You may also try resetting the preferences of the Adobe Illustrator. Let us know if it helps.

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
