Since the last update both my stroke and fill dropdown only change the fill color.

Since the last update both my stroke and fill dropdown only change the fill color if I type in a color value. Swatches still seem to work as expected.

Resetting my preferences did not help. Is there a setting somewhere I am unaware of?

What you want to change needs to be focused first.

Thanks for the reply Monika! Apologies, I don't think I understand; is 'focused' not the same as having the shape I want to change the stroke on selected/clicked on? It's highlighting the stroke and the current colors are populating in the swatches.

Focusing refers to what you do with the Stroke/Shape indicator in the color/swatches/tool panel

So you put it in front.
