Small cursors in Illustrator

I use  Illustrator CC 2017 on a laptop with Windows 10, and the tools cursors on Adobe apps, especially  Illustrator, are so small I can barely see them.
How to fix this?

I am using the trial version of Illustrator and I am hating the microscopic cursor. It is practically impossible to control  the mouse movements in hand work

Just upgraded to a UHD monitor. Have my Windows 10 text scaling at recommended 150% which feels right. The UI scaling on my three most used Adobe apps: AI, PS and ID is set to lower factor and again is good for me. However, whatever tool is picked from tool tab in Illustrator goes tiny when moved over artboard area. PS and ID are both fine in this respect - the tool pointers are decent size.

Is this a known, un-fixed issue for AI?

I had similar problem.  Looked for answers.  Then closed and reopened PS.  Fixed problem.  Weird.

My situation: new W 10 laptop attached to multiple monitors.  Initial problem with scaling PS on initial connection of monitors.  Shut down and start up fixed the scaling issue (everything was huge, and fell off screen).  Everything was okay.  Then was fiddling with resolution on laptop screen, and went back to PS (on external monitor).and the cursor was tiny.  Searched for answers, found nothing.  Closed and opened PS and worked fine.  Inexplicable.

Hope that helps someone in similar situation.

Have you already tried to change them with the system configuration?

Yes, I tried. There's no problem on other apps - only in adobe's, and only when I use any tool and the cursor changes from its default.
