small outlines to curves

Hi,

When I convert small outlines, e.g. 0.4 mm, to curves/objects the program distorts them.

Could it be a Preview problem? Cmd or Ctrl E to switch between GPU/CPU Preview

it's physically distorted. Like you make a very small outline. It used to not be a problem.

I can see that distortion at very high zoom levels, but it is not a recent problem, the same happens in Illustrator 2023.
