Update: Display was replaced, but also glitched.
Solved by unistalling and re-installing the Illustrator from Adobe Creative Cloud app.

The monitor just died this morning (Probably worned out).
It's working perfectly on my Notebook though.

What screen are you working on? What is your system DPI setting? What the UI scaling in AI? This looks like AI is miscalculating the size of the box because those settings are not aligned.
