Hello,

Greetings everyone!

Can someone explain me how to smooth out extreamly sharp edges which doesn't show corner widgets.

I can do that that in few steps but I want to know the easiest way so that I can use it in my workflow.

I have attached an example.

Thank you.

Regards

Basant

Not really. If the corners are overlapping it would be a good idea to remove the overlaps, either by manually editing the corners or using the Divide Pathfinder and upgrouping the result. The stray overlap at end will become a separate path that can be deleted. Third Party plugins can be helpful. Astute Graphics has a plugin called VectorScribe which includes a Dynamic Corners tool. IIRC, it pre-dated Illustrator's own corner widget.

Have you experimented with changing the angle values for the Corner Widget in Preferences? The value is in the Selection & Anchor Display section. The default value is usually 177°. The setting can also be un-checked. The corner widget will stay visible unless the path starts overlapping itself at the corner.

Thank you for your response.

I have just tried it. But it doen't work in extreme sharp corners, may be overlaping at the end.

Is there any other simple solution?
