In this video two points are snapped. How did author snap these two corner points? All snap tools are turned on in my app.

You might want to turn off snap to pixel and snap to grid. They will probably prevent you from snapping those two points. The author of that tutorial most probably eyeballed it or just doesn't care anyway.

I tried with turn off snap to pixel and snap to grid but it didn't work. Is approximate point work advisable?
