Snapping Issue

This is a triangle & straight line in a preview mode and zoom in. There is a anchor point at the corner of the triangle and end of the straight line. I want to place the anchor point of the straight line on the anchor point of the triangle. But imposssible to do so, because it jumps. Is there any way to do this? video is attached as well.
