Snapping to objects, art-boards etc.

Hello guys

I am on mac Big Sur on the latest AI update.

For some reason, I think the default snapping is somehow turned off. I cannot find a way to get snapping back.  I have these in the menu, but they do seem to do what I want.

As far as I remember from the previous versions, a snap to the guidelines would be the default, but this is gone now, and I can not see how I can get it back.
