Are these PNGs files embedded or linked in Illustrator? If not, please try embedding or relinking them.
Are you using Ai 2018 and exporting these PNGs other than 72ppi? If yes, you may check out this helpx article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-export-issues.html) and try the solutions provided there.
