Sorry, Illustrator has encountered an error and needs to close error code 201

Question

I'm trying to log out from the Illustrator 2023 app, but it won't let me and shows an error message. What could be the problem?Logging out works fine in the Creative Cloud app, but it doesn't work in the standalone Illustrator app.
