Space bar/hand tool stops working upon installation of a new plug-in

Hi guys, hope you can maybe help with this problem i'm experiencing in Illustrator.

Upon recently installing a new plug-in on my 2020 version of Illustrator i have completely lost the use of the space bar as a means to move around the artboard (hand tool), and it is infuriating.

Clearly there is a problem with the plug-in somehow replacing the hand tool function on the space bar, but i cannot find anything anywhere online that explains anything about the use of the space bar/hand tool in this way. It's not a shortcut key as such. So i cant even see if the spacebar function has been replaced, and potentially change it back.

Anyone have any idea why this might be happening? and any suggestions on how to fix/suggested next steps would be hugely appreciated.
