Spacebar for hand tool doesn't work when Nord Pass is running.

I've had repeating issues of not being able to use the spacebar as a shortcut for the handtool when Nord Pass app is running. I'm not sure if this is an Adobe issue or Nord so am posting it to both.
So far I've experienced it in Illustrator and InDesign, I haven't tried any others all apps and OSX are up to date.

What's a Nord Pass? I've never heard of it.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

Everything including OSX is up to date and there's plenty of resources, Nord Pass is a password manager made by Nord Security. It only happens intermitantly and I just restart Nord Pass each time and it works again (I can leave Illustrator open). So maybe Nord Pass is the culprit here.
